INGREDIENTS:

  • 60 g. chicken breast sliced
  • 50 g. fried cashew nuts
  • 10 g. red dry chillies
  • 50 g Onion, diced 1 inch
  • 60 garm capcicum diced (red, yellow, green)
  • 15 g. garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp roasted chili paste
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 5 g. sugar to taste
  • 3 g. salt to taste
  • 5 g. ground pepper to taste
  • 10 g. spring onion cut
  • all purpose flour for fried chicken
  • 15 g. sesame oil
  • 30 g. Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 pcs. of  fresh spring roll (for make crispy bowl)
  • Cooking oil for cooking

PREPARATION:

  1. Rinse and clean chicken breast, slice thinly and pat dry.
  2. Clean and cut in to 1 inc cube capcicum and onion.
  3. Clean spring onions and cut into small pieces. Set a side.
  4. Fry dry chillies until fragrant and cutt into 2 cm. leave in the small bowl. set a side.
  5. Toss the sliced chicken with the flour and deep fry in medium heat. Get golden yellow and bring it up set a side.
  6. Heat cooking oil in wok. On medium het. Stir fry garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add fried chicken, Roasted chili paste, capcicup, onion and continue stir fry.
  8. Season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and taste.
  9. Add cashew nut, ground pepper. Stir fry to mix well.
  10. Turn off the stove and springkle with spring onion cut.
  11. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve as a dish or serve with rice.
