2 eggs, chicken eggs
4 tablespoons tamarind juice
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon palm sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Vegetable oil for frying

  1. Pound or blend sour curry paste with fish meat. This method will make the curry soup thicker and more appetizing. Scoop into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Make acacia eggs by cracking the eggs into a bowl, beating them well, then adding the acacia leaves and beating again. Set the pan over medium heat, add the oil, wait until the oil is hot. Then pour in the eggs and fry. Fry until cooked on both sides. Take it out to cool. Then cut into bite-sized pieces and prepare.
  3. Set the pot on the stove. Add water, turn on the heat, wait until the water boils, then add the sour curry paste, stir until well dissolved, wait until it boils again. Then season with fish sauce, tamarind juice, and palm sugar. Stir well. Taste.
  4. Add the shrimp. Wait until the shrimp are cooked, then add the prepared chopped acacia fried egg. When the shrimp is cooked, serve. With hot steamed rice ready to eat.
