Spicy Pork Salad (Larb Mou) ลาบหมู




Spicy Pork salad or larb mou is an easy-to-make menu that is very delicious. Fragrant with roasted rice, lime, and coriander. Eat as a side dish. Pair it with beer and it's a great snack. Can be eaten with steamed rice. And very delicious when eaten with hot sticky rice. The cool, crisp vegetables go together very well. The spiciness can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the eater. Try it and you will like it.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 80 garm of Minced Pork or Beef or Chicken (As you wish) 
  • 2 tbsp chopped shallot 
  • 1 tsp chili powder (if you like spicy can add more)
  • 1tbsp khao krua (Roasted sticky rice and blender)
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped culantro
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice 
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce 
  • Fried dry chili
  • Mints leaves
  • some green and crisp vegetables such as lettuce, long green beans, cabbage

PREPARTION
  • In saucepan, with medium heat stove add some stock 
  • Add minced pork, and stir until pork is just done. Off the stove.
  • Place in a mixing bowl, let cool for 2-3 minutes. 
  • In amixing bowl with minced pork well done. Season with fish sauce, lemon juice, Roasted ground rice and chili powder.
  • Add shallot sliced, culantro, spring onion and Gently stir to combine.
  • Put in a serving plate, top with mint leaves, fried chili
  • Serve with fresh vegetables
